• Patient non-compliance: We are not responsible for complications due to non-compliance with instructions

• Government restrictions or health authority restrictions
• Any event outside ALMO Clinic’s reasonable control

Payment and cancellation policies

Payment policy

• Advances: Some procedures require advance payment to reserve date
• Payment methods: Cash, credit cards, bank transfers
• Billing: Legal invoice is issued for all services

Cancellation policy

• Medical appointments: Cancel with minimum 24 hours notice
• Procedures: Cancellation up to 48 hours before without penalty
• Rescheduling: Allowed according to medical availability

Intellectual property

• Protected content: Texts, images, logos, videos, designs and software
